48-Hour Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Innerwear or personal use items

  • Sale or discounted products

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue for a prompt resolution.
